1. Platform Overview

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and access our platform.
You agree to provide accurate information (email, mobile, UPI, bank details, etc.).
Each individual may maintain only one verified account. Duplicate or fake accounts will be permanently restricted.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Account Registration & Verification

After registration, users may be required to verify their identity before accessing certain services. WorkJobia reserves the right to verify or suspend any account found to contain false information or misleading data.

4. Project & Participation Activities

Writing Projects: Submit original content as per project guidelines. Duplicated or AI-generated submissions may be declined.
Referral Partnership: Receive benefits when referred users participate in valid platform activities.
Digital Product Promotion: Partners may receive service-based credits for confirmed digital solution sales.
Contests & Quizzes: Participate in events and receive recognition or performance points based on results.
Achievements & Levels: Advance your profile by completing verified activities.

5. Project Posting by Clients

Registered clients may post professional projects for execution through our user base.
Clients must ensure that all posted projects comply with ethical and legal guidelines.
The platform reserves the right to review, approve, or remove any submitted project.

6. Payment, Wallet & Settlements

Approved settlements are reflected in your in-app wallet.
Withdrawals or settlements can be requested via UPI or bank transfer.
Minimum settlement amount and processing time are stated on the wallet page.
Settlements are generally processed within 1–7 working days after admin verification.
WorkJobia is not responsible for failed transfers caused by incorrect user-provided details.

7. Content Submission Rules

All submissions must be 100% original and created by the user.
Plagiarized or AI-based content will not be accepted.
Proofs for completed projects (screenshots, links, etc.) must be genuine.
Repeated submission of invalid content will result in account restrictions.

8. Referral & Partnership Policy

Referral benefits are applicable only when referred users perform valid platform actions.
Self-referrals or use of multiple accounts to gain benefits are strictly prohibited.
Partnership credits from digital solutions apply only after successful and verified transactions.

9. Contest & Quiz Guidelines

All contests are conducted fairly. Using bots or automation tools is strictly prohibited.
Recognition or performance points are awarded based on verified results.
Mystery box or random draws are based on chance and are non-refundable.

10. Achievements, Levels & Points

Users can achieve levels and points based on activity and contribution.
Points are virtual and have no external or transferable monetary value.
Achievement criteria may change at any time without prior notice.

11. Refund Policy

All payments made for premium plans, digital services, or posted projects are non-refundable.
Refunds are applicable only in cases of technical failure or unsuccessful transaction verification.

12. Policy on Misuse or Fraud

Strict action will be taken against users who:

Create duplicate or fake accounts.
Use VPNs, bots, or automation tools to manipulate activities.
Provide misleading or fake project proofs.
Attempt to exploit the system or payment process.

Such accounts will be permanently restricted, and associated balances may be forfeited.

13. Platform Rights

WorkJobia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or user account without prior notice.
The platform may adjust service fees, points, or rules as needed for improvement.

14. Limitation of Liability

WorkJobia and its team are not liable for delays, transaction issues, or technical errors caused by third-party service providers. Users voluntarily participate and acknowledge that the platform is for educational, professional, and collaborative purposes.

15. Privacy & Data Security

All user data (email, UPI, bank details, etc.) is securely stored and used only for identification and service-related purposes. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.

16. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal matters will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India.

17. Updates to Terms

WorkJobia reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
