WorkJobia provides online digital services, subscription plans, and participation-based features. All payments made on our platform are treated as service or subscription fees.

Once a user subscribes to, upgrades, or purchases any plan or digital product, no refund will be issued after successful payment completion.

2. Non-Refundable Services

All subscription fees, access charges, and service participation fees are non-refundable.
Digital products, online courses, templates, or website packages purchased from our platform cannot be refunded once delivered.
Any service credits or platform benefits once applied cannot be reversed or withdrawn as refunds.
Subscription or platform access charges are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)

Refunds may be considered only under specific and valid conditions such as:

Duplicate payment made accidentally for the same order or plan.
Transaction failure or payment deducted but not reflected in your WorkJobia account.
Technical error during payment processing verified by the payment gateway.

To request a refund under these conditions, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction and provide valid proof (such as a payment screenshot or bank statement).

4. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the transaction.
Refunds, once approved, will be credited within 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
No cash or offline refund requests will be accepted.

5. Cancellation Policy

As all our services and plans are digital and activated instantly, cancellations are not possible once the service or plan has been activated.

If you have purchased a subscription plan, it will remain valid until its expiry date. You can choose not to renew after that period — however, early cancellation does not qualify for a refund.

6. Service Access Restrictions

If any user activity is found to violate our platform policies, access to the service may be restricted or terminated.
Refunds will not be applicable in cases of policy violations or misuse of services.

7. Third-Party Payment Processing

All online payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Paytm, or PhonePe. We do not store or have access to your banking or card details directly.

Delays or issues related to failed payments may depend on your respective bank or payment provider. WorkJobia shall not be held responsible for such delays beyond our control.
